📋 Description

• Define product strategy for SpotOn restaurant software suite.
• Own and manage the product roadmap with data-informed trade-offs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to drive differentiation.
• Lead a cycle of experimentation, learning, and iteration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product marketing on positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience; restaurant/hospitality software preferred.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle; scalable products.
• Technically fluent with APIs and systems architecture; able to discuss trade-offs.
• Metrics-driven, data-informed decision making.
• Exceptional communication; articulate product vision and tradeoffs.
• Hands-on restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.
