Product Manager - DefenseOS

📋 Description

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DefenseOS.
• Lead customer discovery with Navy program offices, operators, and crews.
• Define zonal architecture and integration with defense subsystems (combat, C5I, HM&E).
• Write clear requirements and success metrics; prioritize scope.
• Partner with engineering, hardware/integration, and operations to sequence delivery.
• Communicate trade-offs to ensure field-relevant outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years of product management shipping complex tech products.
• Proven IC with end-to-end product ownership (vision, roadmap, launch).
• Strong technical literacy to discuss architecture trade-offs with engineers.
• Experience integrating with legacy or closed third-party systems.
• US citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. security clearance.
