🎯 Requirements

• Technical & Software Development Background: Prior hands-on experience in software development
• Ownership & Drive: A proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership, navigating
• Industry Context: Background and familiarity in Enterprise Software, SaaS, or highly regulated
• Stakeholder Management: Experience working directly with Engineering Directors, Product Designers
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical
