📋 Description

• Own the spot crypto exchange product surface - pair coverage, order types, availability in various
• Lead integrations that unlock funding and liquidity with LPs and custodians. Own the stablecoin
• Work with partners to understand crypto needs for fintechs, neobrokers, and institutional
• Drive staking and lending / earn product design within regulatory and ops constraints.
• Shape a crypto API surface that treats developers and agents as primary customers: SDKs, reference
• Lead and execute the product case for crypto perps.

🎯 Requirements

• Excited about what Alpaca is building and ready to own a core regulated crypto product surface.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, and/or starting a startup, preferably
• Demonstrated depth on at least one core crypto product surface at production scale: spot trading /
• Strong understanding of crypto market structure - order books, liquidity providers, spreads
• Experience shipping in a regulated environment alongside Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations -
