Product Manager, Digital Assets - Tokenization

📋 Description

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for digital asset tokenization
• Own strategic product initiatives end-to-end, including token minting and redemption, settlement
• Prioritize product investments by balancing partner demand, regulatory constraints, engineering
• Evaluate build-versus-buy, direct-versus-partner, and onshore-versus-offshore approaches to
• Conduct discovery with issuers, authorized participants, market makers, broker-dealers, exchanges
• Improve issuer and authorized participant experiences through clear documentation, effective

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent
• At least 6 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, and/or startup leadership, with
• Demonstrated experience delivering tokenized securities, real-world asset issuance, on-chain
• Strong understanding of equity and capital markets infrastructure, including trading, custody
• Ability to understand how traditional financial market workflows translate to blockchain-based
• Experience delivering products in regulated environments, working closely with Legal, Compliance
