Product Manager - Direct Debit & Alternate Payments

📋 Description

• Own roadmap for Bacs Direct Debit UK and SEPA EU.
• Lead Open Banking PIS/AIS and A2A, VRP, RtP roadmaps.
• Define quarterly/annual plans for Direct Debit & Alternate Payments.
• Drive agile delivery with cross-functional squads and PRDs.
• Partner with Compliance/Legal on FCA, PSD2/PSD3, GDPR rules.
• Monitor product health via dashboards for volumes, failures, revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years product management in fintech/payments.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of UK Bacs Direct Debit rules.
• Solid SEPA Direct Debit knowledge & EU clearing cycles.
• Open Banking PM experience or closely related role.
• PSD2/PSD3 familiarity and UK Open Banking frameworks.
• Proven track record shipping B2B/embedded payment products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for PRDs and execs.
• Strong commercial instinct: pricing models and revenue forecasting.
