Product Manager / Director, Event Contracts

📋 Description

• Own lifecycle of Event Contract products from design to launch.
• Design mechanics (Up-Down, Between, Hit) and settlement logic.
• Build liquidity and market-depth frameworks; monitor order book quality.
• Drive user growth and UX; define growth campaigns and metrics.
• Collaborate with Trading Engine, Frontend, Risk/Settlement, Liquidity and Ops.
• Explore new formats to drive growth (structured products, partnerships).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building complex backend systems from 0 to 1 (trading, payments or ads).
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to translate business into data models.
• Deep knowledge of derivatives; design/overhaul of futures/options systems.
• Strong leadership, ownership mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to spot hot topics and market opportunities amid change.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance data analysis and coding.
