Product Manager / Director, Event Contracts

📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of the Event Contract line from design to execution.
• Design Event Contract products (Up-Down, Between, Hit); strike price and settlement.
• Design Market Maker incentives and monitor liquidity metrics.
• Drive user growth and UX; define growth campaigns and metrics like trading volume.
• Lead cross-team collaboration with Trading Engine, Frontend, Risk/Settlement, and Ops.
• Explore growth by combining event contracts with other formats (structured products, partnerships).

🎯 Requirements

• Built complex backend systems from 0 to 1 (trading, ads, payments); growth exp a plus.
• Strong learning ability, logical reasoning, and quantitative skills.
• Deep derivatives knowledge; 0-to-1 design or large-scale futures/options exp preferred.
• Strong drive, leadership; excellent data analytics.
• Strong insight/judgment; interest in event contracts (crypto, macro, sports, politics).
• Experience investing/trading in equities, FX, crypto derivatives or quant trading preferred.
