Product Manager, Drivers Experience

📋 Description

• Lead product discovery and the full lifecycle from ideation through delivery and iteration to solve
• Enable customers to start, stop, and extend parking sessions, as well as resolve support inquiries
• Partner with Customer Care and Decagon to automate repetitive inquiries, reducing manual support
• Leverage data, experimentation, and AI capabilities to optimize registration, authentication
• Establish, analyze, and maintain accountability for core product metrics and KPIs to inform
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business teams to balance growth, system

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within tech or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of defining, launching, and iterating on successful digital products.
• Demonstrated experience in product discovery and delivery, balancing user needs with business and
• Practical AI literacy or a strong foundation in leveraging AI tools to optimize user funnels
