📋 Description

• Own a substantial work package end-to-end.
• Lead cross-functional team of engineers, researchers and PMs.
• Engage with AI/ML, autonomy, and embodied AI tech.
• Translate research progress and customer needs into a roadmap.
• Communicate with researchers, leadership, and customers.
• Set KPIs and milestones; establish team rhythm.

• Proven PM/TPM track record on complex products.
