Product Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with Business Sponsors to understand and document problems.
• Conduct interviews to translate stated needs into documented problems, requirements, and features.
• Write Business Requirement Docs (BRDs) and maintain the product backlog.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, validating with Business Sponsors and Engineering.
• Establish, own, and communicate project timelines across the product lifecycle.
• Manage day-to-day engineering tasking, sequencing work against capacity and priority.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a digital agency, marketing
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, with ability to make trade-offs between
• General fluency in data concepts, including pipelines, data quality, and structure.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with product management tools.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/pharma) highly preferred.
• Exceptional ability to manage without authority and rally cross-functional teams.
