Own roadmap and prioritization for Federations product area.
Collaborate with design/engineering to ship experiences meeting protocol requirements.
Work with customers, Solutions Eng, Support, Standards on platform needs.
Use AI tools to accelerate spec writing, analysis, prototyping.
Coordinate with global teams to launch federations experiences.
Represent Federations in escalations and executive briefings.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in product management.
Experience in identity, security, enterprise-scale, or developer products.
Ability to discuss technically with engineering teams.
Fluency in federation protocols: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML.
Connect platform decisions to Okta’s business outcomes.
Strong written/verbal communication; customer-centric mindset.
