📋 Description

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Weave.
• Improve structured, node-based workflows to be intuitive for more creators.
• Develop abstraction layers and editing capabilities for teams to modify workflows.
• Shape capabilities to generate variations within defined creative systems.
• Balance foundational investments with user-facing improvements for adoption and scalability.
• Translate complex systems into clear narratives for cross-functional stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager
• Experience building products that support structured workflows or multi-step creation pipelines
• Strong product intuition in technically complex environments
• Track record expanding products to new audiences while preserving depth for power users
• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and ability to align teams around ambitious, evolving strategies and navigate ambiguity
• Experience working on creative tools, node-based tools, automation platforms, or generative AI products
