Product Manager - Financial Crime Prevention

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end financial crime prevention across customer lifecycle.
• Own KYB/KYC, AML, Monitoring, Screening and Fraud areas.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Ops, Product, Eng and Data teams in SP, London and Spain.
• Translate Brazil regulatory requirements into product specs.
• Drive global capabilities for Brazil with cross-functional teams.
• Hybrid role in São Paulo; travel to London possible.

🎯 Requirements

• Portuguese (native) and English fluent for cross-jurisdiction comms.
• 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager.
• 2+ years working on Financial Crime prevention products.
• Excellent collaboration across functions and geographies.
• Experience delivering high-performance systems in regulated environments.
• Exposure to KYC/KYB, screening, transaction monitoring or fraud tools.
