• Triage support requests and QE bug reports.
• Plan weekly roadmap with the cofounder and align with teams.
• Collaborate with backend APIs, frontend Dashboard, and models teams.
• Ensure features are stable and easy to deploy with QE.
• Own customer outcomes through architecture and product decisions.

• You've built products in enterprise security or networking.
• Understand IT admins and network engineers use enterprise products.
• Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ship incrementally and align teams toward shared goals.
• Learn quickly, adapt, and work well in a team.
• Willing to challenge assumptions and improve product quality.
