📋 Description

• Define the Gift Cart strategy and translate it into a roadmap — with clear priorities and reasoning
• Communicate with customers and CSMs regularly, and analyze data together with the analytics team —
• Write specifications that engineers can build from — with detailed requirements and edge cases
• Take features from idea to launch, working closely with design and engineering at every step.
• Track product health and growth: conversion, average gift size, error rates — and understand what's
• Prepare CSMs and Sales for every launch so they're always in context ahead of time.

• Experience owning a product area end-to-end — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
• Ability to build a strategy and roadmap for 12–24 months — and clearly explain the reasoning behind
• Data-driven: you analyze funnels, understand the numbers, and know where to look for growth
• You write specifications engineers can build from — clear, with edge cases covered and no open
• Systems thinker: you see the product as a whole, understand dependencies, and anticipate the impact
• Strong UX sensibility: you know what makes an experience good and can advocate for it with your
