Product Manager, Global Marketplaces

📋 Description

• Lead Marketplaces PM for multi-party fund flows and cross-border ops.
• Bridge needs between sales and engineering; co-design APIs with flagship users globally.
• Manage outbound focus: translate platform needs into APIs for global expansion.
• Maintain relationships with flagship accounts; work with Enterprise Sales to scale learnings.
• Improve core fund flow primitives (debits/transfers); build wallet infra for marketplaces.
• Expand cross-border payout coverage; enable multi-processor flows with PSD3 in EU.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product management, with at least 2 years in payments/fintech.
• Track record shipping products across multiple teams amid regulatory constraints.
• Comfortable reading code, writing specs, evaluating API designs.
• Strong data fluency, including SQL, with ability to form causal hypotheses.
• Demonstrated cross-functional alignment across engineering, legal, and business to ship.
• Experience in two-sided marketplaces/platforms; familiarity with Stripe Connect; reconciliation reporting.
