📋 Description

• Own Product Growth across the WorkOS platform.
• Develop strategy for developer discovery, adoption, and expansion.
• Define metrics for acquisition, activation, monetization, retention.
• Build and scale a product experimentation program.
• Improve onboarding and reduce time-to-value for developers.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to boost adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management delivering business outcomes.
• Led growth, onboarding, monetization, or retention for dev platforms/B2B SaaS.
• Experience with product-led growth.
• Experience with API or usage-based pricing.
• Strong data-driven instincts and experimental design.
• Cross-functional partner across Product, Eng, Design, Marketing, Sales, Finance.
