Product Manager, Growth

📋 Description

• Own self-serve funnel from onboarding to scale
• Grow SMB and long-tail activation; reduce onboarding friction
• Build upsell/cross-sell motion for GTM opportunities
• Partner with GTM to improve handoffs and throughput
• Use funnel analytics and experimentation to identify bets
• Collaborate with Web, Eng, Design, BI/DS, Marketing, and Sales to ship impact

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience with product-led growth (PLG) at a B2B or API-first company
• Strong analytical and funnel-optimization skills; data-driven
• Track record partnering with GTM teams (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing)
• Experience building acquisition motions for SMB and/or key accounts
• Nice to have: fintech, API-first background, funnel attribution
