Product Manager, Growth - MarTech

📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap for marketing technology capabilities that support Chime’s growth.
• Partner closely with Marketing to understand growth opportunities and translate them into scalable
• Work deeply with Engineering to define technical requirements, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and build
• Partner with Analytics and Data to define success metrics, understand member behavior, and measure
• Build and evolve capabilities across areas such as audience segmentation, lifecycle orchestration
• Develop hypotheses and experiments that help the team learn quickly, improve growth outcomes, and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience owning and shipping technology products with measurable
• Experience working on marketing technology, growth platforms, lifecycle products, customer data
• Enough technical depth to partner closely with engineers on system design, integrations, APIs, data
• Strong analytical fluency, including defining metrics, interpreting behavioral and funnel data, and
• Experience designing, evaluating, or using controlled experiments to determine incremental impact
• Experience partnering with Marketing or Growth teams and understanding how technology enables
