🎯 Requirements

4+ years, or equivalent depth, in product engineering, growth engineering, or a product role where
You've shipped production code recently, in TypeScript, React or similar. AI-assisted counts.
A track record of measured wins in activation, conversion, retention or reactivation in a consumer
Comfortable with event-driven systems, product analytics, experiment design, and lifecycle
Bonus: Consumer fintech experience.
