Product Manager, Identity

📋 Description

• Define and drive the Identity roadmap, incl. verification tech and flows
• Balance objectives: trust, guest experience, bookings, and marketplace health
• Partner with design, engineering, and policy to execute the roadmap
• Align cross-functional teams on shared goals and sequencing
• Identify/explore external partnerships to extend identity ecosystem
• Design and oversee A/B experiments with metrics and impact

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM experience, 3+ in identity/trust
• Own strategy and roadmap for technically complex systems
• Experience with identity standards and long-term planning
• Data-driven with strong analytics for decisions
• Clear communicator; distills tradeoffs for executives
• Comfort with ambiguity; delivers innovative solutions
