Product Manager II, Trust & Safety Tools

📋 Description

• Own and drive the Trust & Safety Tools roadmap (PinQueue, Lookup)
• Define AI-native tool capabilities (MCP integrations, AI-assisted workflows)
• Collaborate with Ops, ML Eng, Risk, Policy to improve workflows
• Manage internal customer experience across diverse user needs
• Triage inbound requests, communicate priorities, and set roadmap focus

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years product management experience
• Internal users or enterprise product experience
• SQL proficiency for data analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Growth mindset with enthusiasm for AI
