Product Manager II, Wallets and DeFi

📋 Description

• Own the Unified Custody roadmap end to end
• Define the product strategy for custody model optionality, so customers choose self-custody
• Partner with engineering, security, legal, and compliance to launch custody and DeFi products that
• Translate customer and launch-partner needs into a prioritized roadmap tied to assets-on-platform
• Measure and grow adoption: AOP and revenue, with clear funnel metrics from integration to funded

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping developer-facing or API-first products, ideally
• Deep understanding of crypto custody models (self-custody, MPC, qualified custodian) and DeFi
• Track record of shipping 0-to-1 products with engineering teams and taking them to production scale
• Comfort operating in regulated environments; experience partnering with legal and compliance on
• Data-driven prioritization: you define success metrics up front and hold the team accountable to
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
