Product Manager, Interoperability

📋 Description

• Own defined interoperability product areas end to end, including strategy, roadmap, priorities
• Partner with the broader product leadership team to establish portfolio direction and identify
• Interpret CMS regulations and HL7 FHIR implementation guides and translate them into actionable
• Create clear PRDs, epics, user journeys, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and
• Act as a central decision-maker for questions from Engineering, Delivery, QA, Sales, Client
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture on API design, FHIR mapping, validation, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of product management experience, including complex technical products from strategy
• Strong experience in U.S. healthcare technology, payer data, healthcare interoperability, or
• Practical working knowledge of CMS-9115 and CMS-0057, and awareness of emerging interoperability
• Solid understanding of HL7 FHIR R4, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, bulk data exchange, and healthcare
• Familiarity with implementation guides such as Da Vinci, CARIN Blue Button, US Core, Plan-Net, and
• Proven track record defining and launching healthcare SaaS, API, data, or interoperability products
