🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience (internal tools, platform)
• Track record of driving strategy and execution for complex internal systems
• Ability to translate operations into customer value and align stakeholders
• Thrives in fast-changing environments; secure, reliable internal systems
• Experience applying AI/agentic tech to automate workflows
• Knowledge of ITSM, employee support, enterprise SaaS, automation, or APIs
