Product Manager IV

📋 Description

• On-going development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Drive discovery with users, design, and tech teams to deliver value
• Lead cross-functional teams to realize concepts and bring them to market
• Produce quality work with urgency
• Respond to market changes with stakeholders, delivery team and leadership
• Support Production Support with escalated issue analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years external-facing software product experience in BA/PM/PO roles
• Experience with healthcare staffing, workforce planning, scheduling software, or related integrations
• AI/ML experience a plus
• Understanding modern product discovery and delivery methods
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence across functions
