Product Manager Junior

📋 Description

• Act as the focal point for the Digital business unit, facilitating communication between business
• Manage product roadmaps and backlogs for digital products, including e-commerce platforms and
• Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and other technology teams to write
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, identify opportunities, and propose
• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, using insights to identify opportunities for
• Conduct or support user research and experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, to improve

🎯 Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or Lean) in digital product
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Ability to define, monitor, and communicate product performance metrics and KPIs
• Experience or familiarity with user research and A/B testing
• Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies, APIs, and system integrations
