Product Manager (Kubernetes / Ansible / IaC)

📋 Description

• Own a defined product area end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Collaborate with platform engineers, DevOps, infra leaders, prospects, and customers to address
• Explore customer workflows to improve governance, coordination, visibility, reliability, and
• Combine interviews, usage data, support feedback, and market research to identify valuable problems.
• Define clear requirements, success metrics, and decisions to guide development.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, strategic fit, effort, risk, and learning potential.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous product management or closely related technical experience in platform engineering
• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes or Ansible (expertise in both not required).
• Kubernetes: Argo CD, Flux, Helm, operators, cluster management, or application delivery experience
• Ansible: AWX or Automation Controller, inventories, job templates, execution environments, or
• Ability to explain infrastructure technologies and the operational/organizational challenges in
• Working knowledge of Terraform or OpenTofu and IaC workflows with Git, plan/apply, state, policy
