Product Manager (Kubernetes / Ansible / IaC)

📋 Description

• Own a defined product area end-to-end from discovery to delivery, launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Engage with platform engineers, DevOps teams, infrastructure leaders, prospects, and customers.
• Investigate workflows to improve governance, visibility, reliability, and developer experience.
• Use customer interviews, usage data, and market research to identify valuable problems.
• Define clear requirements, success metrics, and decision records for development.
• Prioritize initiatives by customer value, risk, and potential learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous product management or related technical role experience.
• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes or Ansible.
• For Kubernetes, experience with Argo CD, Flux, Helm, operators, or similar is valuable.
• For Ansible, experience with AWX/Automation Controller, inventories, or workflows is valuable.
• Ability to explain infrastructure tech and production challenges.
• Working knowledge of Terraform or OpenTofu and IaC workflows.
