📋 Description

• Own features and enhancements for an NGS lab workflow, aligned with the team's roadmap and
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering can execute on.
• Create flow diagrams, wireframes, and simple prototypes to clarify requirements with lab and
• Bring UX design thinking to everything you build, partnering with design to create intuitive
• Groom and prioritize the backlog with your engineering team, balancing new features, bug fixes, and
• Find and close operational gaps on the lab floor, such as sample tracking, primer and control

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role on software products
• Solid skills in writing requirements and user stories.
• UX design thinking, with an eye for intuitive, user-centered workflows.
• Interest in genomics workflows and the ability to learn complex scientific processes quickly.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable using data and dashboards to inform decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
