Product Manager Level III - Financial Literacy

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Bankjoy's kids and family financial empowerment product
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and user needs in kids fintech
• Develop user stories, personas, and journey maps reflecting children and parents/guardians
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to define product requirements
• Work with credit union partners to ensure value for financial institutions and families
• Lead ideation, development, and launch of features for financial engagement and literacy

🎯 Requirements

• BachelorS or MasterS degree in Business, CS, Engineering, Finance, Education, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of product management experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial education
• Demonstrated passion for financial empowerment and education, preferably for younger audiences
• Proven track record of managing product lifecycle from 0-to-1 through growth
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for financial products serving minors
• Experience conducting market research and translating findings into features
