📋 Description

• Define and deliver the roadmap for IT topics in Nexthink Library
• Spot trends, pain points, and emerging tech to identify new solutions
• Design and build Library packs end-to-end from concept to ready-to-use
• Ship in minutes using Nexthink platform; avoid engineering cycles
• Track adoption, usage, and outcomes to iterate

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in Enterprise IT or IT consulting (Digital Workplace/EUC/IT Ops)
• Senior Consultant at top firms (Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG); PM exp a plus
• Structure complex IT problems into clear, actionable solutions
• Broad IT knowledge: workplace tech, IT service delivery, endpoint, identity, cloud
• Strong communication and storytelling; surface pain points and value
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed; own outcomes end-to-end
