Product Manager - Market Product (MISO + IESO)

📋 Description

• Own the product vision, roadmap, success criteria and metrics for MISO and IESO, starting with
• Collaborate with market leaders to develop and prioritize outcomes for MISO and IESO that will
• Collaborate with engineering manager(s) and tech leads to align on product requirements and manage
• Formulate and propose investment theses grounded in user needs, market mechanics, and business
• Effectively validate hypotheses and assumptions about market mechanics, user needs, and system
• Ensure product solutions are operationally viable, adequately supported, and aligned with business

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a product manager or a role building products
• Ability to read market rules and tariffs directly and reason through complex logic like baseline
• Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical acumen — comfortable reviewing specs and engaging deeply with engineers
• Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously
• Ability to distill qualitative and quantitative information into a business case and actionable
