Product Manager, Merchant Experience

📋 Description

• Own strategy & roadmap for merchant-facing experiences in AI-driven commerce.
• Build scalable products for onboarding, catalogs, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Lead merchant dashboards, analytics, and reporting experiences.
• Partner with merchant teams to translate feedback into solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering on APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Work with AI and data teams to surface and personalize merchant data.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in Product Management for commerce/merchant products.
• Experience owning B2B or merchant-facing products driving growth.
• Strong ecommerce understanding: catalogs, pricing, inventory, checkout, APIs.
• Experience with dashboards, analytics, data-driven solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, AI, Data, GTM.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable in ambiguous startups.
