Product Manager – Mobile & Multi-Location POS

📋 Description

• Own the full product lifecycle—from customer discovery and strategy through launch, adoption, and
• Spend significant time with NRS merchants and staff to deeply understand workflows, operational
• Define product strategy, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature
• Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable features with speed
• Drive roadmap prioritization using customer insights, market trends, product analytics, and
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, onboarding, and support teams to ensure strong product-market

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling SaaS products.
• 2+ years of experience leading mobile features and experiences.
• Strong experience building products for SMB or consumer-oriented users, with a deep appreciation
• Exceptional product discovery, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into elegant, intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence
