🎯 Requirements

• Consulting Experience: 3-5 years in Accenture or Big4 in FS/payments transformation.
• 2+ years in Fintech or Banking, working in the payment chain.
• Product Management: 2+ years in Fintech launching and scaling regulated products.
• Payment networks knowledge: SWIFT, SEPA, FPS APIs familiarity.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate regulatory changes into product requirements.
