Product Manager, New Product Bet (Staff/Principal)

📋 Description

• Own multi-quarter strategy for a domain within this new product bet.
• Define and evolve success metrics; tie outcomes to retention, expansion, revenue.
• Get close to customers; translate insights into product direction.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among engineering, design, R&D, and commercial.
• Produce strategy docs and PRDs to move decisions forward.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product health and risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant PM experience owning a critical product domain and setting strategy.
• Track record connecting product outcomes to ARR, retention, or expansion.
• Experience with 0-to-1 product development in a complex, experience-driven space.
• Experience building AI-powered products; understands real-time AI interactions.
• Strong written communication: strategy docs, PRDs, and memos.
• Experience working with enterprise buying motions; close to commercial teams.
