Product Manager - New & Strategic Initiatives

📋 Description

• Lead new product initiatives from concept to launch
• Translate customer feedback, market trends, and commercial opportunities into product requirements
• Validate ideas quickly through prototypes, customer conversations, and early-access launches
• Drive product adoption by monitoring usage data and customer feedback, refining features post-launch
• Own the roadmap and backlog, balancing commercial requests, customer needs, technical debt, and
• Collaborate with front-end, back-end, and API engineers throughout development cycles

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of product management experience in B2B software
• Experience in KYB, KYC, AML, screening, compliance, or related regulated-data field
• Experience delivering front-end and back-end changes including API-first products
• Strong understanding of technical product development and ability to evaluate technical trade-offs
• Proven ability to own and prioritize a product backlog and roadmap
• Regular use of AI tools as part of research, prototyping, and problem-solving
