Product Manager - New & Strategic Initiatives

📋 Description

• Own the discovery, definition, development, and delivery of new products and strategic features
• Translate customer feedback, market trends, and commercial opportunities into problem statements
• Develop prototypes, conduct customer conversations, and organize early-access launches to validate
• Monitor usage data and customer feedback post-launch to refine features for engagement
• Set priorities and manage the roadmap and backlog, balancing commercial requests, customer needs
• Collaborate closely with front-end, back-end, and API engineers throughout refinement, sprint

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of product management experience in B2B software, with demonstrated success taking
• Experience in KYB, KYC, AML, screening, compliance, or related regulated-data fields within
• Experience delivering front-end and back-end changes, including API-first products, in
• Strong technical product development understanding, including evaluating trade-offs and making
• Proven ability to own and prioritize product backlog and roadmap, make trade-offs, and decline
• Regular use of AI tools for research, prototyping, exploration, and problem-solving
