Product Manager (Owner Experiences)

📋 Description

• Define product strategy for SpotOn restaurant software suite
• Own and manage the product roadmap, making data-informed trade-offs
• Bring innovative mindset to product design and vision
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, Ops, and GTM
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
• Lead continuous cycle of experimentation, learning, and iteration

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant product management experience or equivalent, preferably with restaurant or
• Deep understanding of product development lifecycle with ability to deliver intuitive, high-quality
• Technically fluent—able to engage with engineers, understand APIs and systems architecture at a
• Metrics-driven work style leveraging data for decisions
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate product vision and tradeoffs
• Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs
