📋 Description

• Drive product strategy execution across the property and casualty insurance portfolio, including
• Define cross-functional initiatives and epics that span multiple Product Owner backlogs, ensuring
• Maintain a consolidated view of portfolio performance, initiative progress, dependencies, risks
• Develop comprehensive, data-driven business cases for major product investments, using measurable
• Analyze market opportunities, business performance, and product outcomes to support evidence-based
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve competing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related analytical
• Strong business case development and financial modeling skills, with the ability to evaluate
• Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report, or a demonstrated readiness to
• Proven ability to work across multiple product lines, Product Owners, and stakeholder groups
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to translate complex
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior
