• Strong understanding of F2P mobile game mechanics
• Able to write clear specs and align teams
• High standards; pushes product forward and challenges weak ideas
• Experience on a successful live game
• Experience with competitive systems, leagues, ranks, or seasons
• Experience on casual, hybridcasual, io, or mass-market games
• Good understanding of IAP monetization, not only ads
• Has seen great live games like Brawl Stars, Clash Royale, Monopoly Go
