Product Manager, Pay Later

📋 Description

• Own how customers discover Pay Later and start a first loan from places other than checkout
• Lead in-store and wallet provisioning from first test through scaled rollout
• Set demand and conversion targets with analytics, then run experiments against them continuously
• Work with the team building our personalization platform so the right customer sees the right offer
• Ship with Engineering, Design, Risk, and our Walmart partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in product, mostly at startups, owning a funnel or growth surface end to end. You can
• A record of getting things shipped through teams you did not manage, such as platform, data, and
• Strong ownership, with experience being a decision maker
• Experience in payments, lending, consumer banking platforms. BNPL helps but is not required
