📋 Description

• Own the Payments product roadmap and internal platform.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering and Ops to optimise settlement and billing.
• Build platform services used by Duffel teams and external partners.
• Define weekly goals and milestones for the product squad.
• Translate finance narratives into technical requirements for engineers.
• Own the Payments roadmap and drive future areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in payments; understand settlement, reconciliation, commissions, FX, chargebacks.
• Builder who designs systems and automated flows for billing and reconciliation.
• Translate between Finance and Engineering; turn narratives into actionable tech requirements.
• Prioritise ruthlessly in a small, in-demand team.
• API-literate; discuss system behavior with engineering.
• Handle ambiguity with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
