Product Manager (Payments)

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for payments across card-present and card-not-present
• Define how payment media types (e.g., chip, contactless, digital wallets) are presented and
• Translate complex payment flows into simple, intuitive merchant experiences (e.g., refunds, tips
• Improve payment performance metrics through data-driven experimentation.
• Lead discovery with external processors, acquirers, gateways, and partners.
• Partner with money movement and remittance teams to ensure accurate and timely merchant funding.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on payments, fintech, or
• Demonstrated product leadership and ability to set vision, influence stakeholders, and make
• Deep understanding of card-present and card-not-present payments: authorization, capture, clearing
• Working familiarity with merchant processing economics (interchange, scheme fees) and
• Experience with payment processors, acquirers, gateways, or card networks, ideally in a
• Strong analytical skills: dashboards, KPIs, large datasets, data-driven prioritization.
