Product Manager (Payments)

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for payments across card-present and card-not-present
• Define how each payment media type is presented and accepted—chip, contactless, digital wallets
• Translate complex payment flows into simple, intuitive experiences for merchants and their staff
• Monitor and improve key payment performance metrics—authorization rates, chargebacks, declines
• Partner with risk, compliance, and security to ensure adherence to network rules and PCI DSS, and
• Lead discovery with external processors, acquirers, gateways, and partners to evaluate new

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on payments, fintech, or
• Demonstrated product leadership—able to set a clear vision, influence senior stakeholders, make
• Deep understanding of card-present and card-not-present payments, including authorization, capture
• Working familiarity with merchant processing economics—interchange, scheme fees, and how those show
• Experience working with payment processors, acquirers, gateways, or card networks, ideally in a
• Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with large payment datasets, building
