Product Manager (Payments)

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end payments roadmap across card-present and card-not-present environments.
• Define payment media presentation and acceptance (chip, contactless, wallets, tokens).
• Simplify payment flows for merchants (refunds, tips, adjustments, stand-in authorizations).
• Monitor key metrics: authorization rates, latency, reconciliation; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with risk/compliance and GTM to ensure PCI DSS adherence and differentiation.
• Lead discovery with processors, acquirers, gateways, and partners for opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, 3+ years in payments/fintech.
• Proven leadership, vision, and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of card-present and card-not-present payments and flows.
• Experience with merchants’ economics, interchange, and settlement.
• Experience with processors, acquirers, gateways, or card networks.
• Strong data skills; ability to define KPIs and drive experimentation.
