📋 Description

• Translate operational needs from payments, compliance, and Eng into clear requirements.
• Own and maintain the company-wide payments roadmap and sprint planning.
• Define KPIs: authorization rate, payment success, false declines, cost per txn.
• Build business case and scoped requirements for multiprocessor routing and failover.
• Prioritize retry and recovery logic with engineering for revenue recovery.
• Own fraud-vs-conversion tradeoffs and MoR obligations in product terms.

🎯 Requirements

• Tech/SaaS or payments/fintech background with hands-on payments ownership.
• Direct, hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams.
• Comfortable overlap with West Coast hours.
