Product Manager (Payments & Regulatory)

📋 Description

• Role: Product Manager for payments and regulatory product vertical in a global, fully remote team.
• Own roadmap across stablecoin payments, fiat on/off ramp, merchant gateway, and cross-border
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable product decisions while maintaining user
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, merchants, and payment partners to define requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and business development on priorities and GTM plans.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of payment products from discovery to scaling.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years product management experience, 1-2 years in payments/fintech/crypto.
• Deep understanding of payments infrastructure, card networks, stablecoins, fiat rails, cross-border
• Experience navigating financial regulations across jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to lead and grow a product team in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong track record with merchants or payment partners externally.
• Comfortable operating in a decentralized, global, async-first environment.
